‘Is this it?’, Youngjae asks himself, breathing heavily. ‘I could’ve done better. If I escaped, I wouldn’t have dragged them into this. I could’ve escaped…’. His whole body was in pain, and he was losing a lot of blood. His members were just there. Shocked. Stunned. Immobilized. All they could do was stand there, hoping it was all a nightmare. Youngjae finally falls to the floor, his body giving up on him. His members start to gather around him. ‘This is the end for me, isn’t it?’ Youngjae chuckles. ‘Don’t say that… You’re not going anywhere…’ Yongguk says, grabbing onto Youngjae’s hand. Himchan slowly moves towards Youngjae, holding his tears back. ‘You’re not leaving us. You can’t…’
Youngjae smiles. ‘It doesn’t matter… I’m happy… I’m happy to have 5 amazing brothers, whom I love so much.’ Youngjae says, softly. ‘And to have 5 of you around me before I leave… is a dream come true’ he continues, a tear rolling down his cheeks. The other members couldn’t help but to sob in their hands, but Yongguk was strong. ‘We love you, Youngjae. And no matter what happens, we will always love you’, he says, eyes starting to water. ‘I… I love you all… too…’ Youngjae replies, trying his hardest to smile. ‘I don’t need my life to flash before my eyes. All I need is my members, and they’re here, right now. With me… And I’m happy…’ he thinks to himself, as he slowly closes his eyes. A few seconds past before Yongguk looks on the floor, and takes a deep breath. ‘He’s… he’s gone’, he mumbles, choking back his tears. ‘No… no… no. No!’ Himchan shouts at the top of his lungs. ‘No… please… no…’ he continues, as he rests his head on Youngjae’s chest, crying.
